The Employee Experience
Resilience Round Table
Meeting Resources
11th July 2025
9.30am -10.30am

Hi Doug here!
Thankyou for your great contributions and the stories you shared during this meeting.
We kicked off the session by discussing the focus on client experience and how important it is to understand your clients and personalising the service you offer.
I compared this to the service Spotify offer, where I am sure you also got the hint that I don't like jazz!
So, if we consider it a priority to know our clients well, shouldn't we know our employees better?
This led to a great discussion raising some brilliant points, including:
- the latest Gallup Q12 score decrease
- why managers are feeling squeezed
- the importance of fairness
- how you can personalise your employees' experience
- loving and loathing
- the 4 core motivators that drive employee engagement
- the value of weekly 1-1s with your team
- how to get your team on board with doing stuff they don't love
- why accountability is crucial to engagement
- necessary conversations
- how you create a brilliant employee experience
If you would like to discuss it further, please let me know, and we will organise a call or meeting.
Wishing you every success
Doug
