This hotel is well connected to transport links, the train station is a 15 minute walk, or 2 minute drive and Luton Airport is a 30 minute drive.

For those attending the dinner on the Wednesday night, this will be served in Verney Suite from 7.30pm
Breakfast on Thursday 24th March
Breakfast is served in the Oak Restaurant between 7-9.30am

Starters –
Smoked and Poached Salmon Roulade, Red Chilli and Pickled Cucumber, Saffron Infused Crème Fraîche, Keta Caviar, Baby Leaf Salad.
Chicken Liver Parfait, Red Onion Marmalade, Brioche Crouton, Mixed Leaf Salad.
Smoked Cheddar and Leek Tart, Braised Cherry Tomato, Frisee Salad, Aged Balsamic. (V)
Mains –
Pan Seared Corn Fed Chicken Supreme, Creamed Potato, Savoy Cabbage, Carrots, Thyme Jus.
Braised Feather Blade Beef, Pomme Purée, Glazed Shallot, Carrot, Garden Greens, Glenmorangie Whisky Jus.
Wild Mushroom Risotto, Shaved Parmesan, Rocket. (V)
Desserts –
Pecan Pie, Brandy Sauce, Mango Sorbet

The workshop on Thursday 19th
The workshop will start at 9am. For those coming for the day, there will be breakfast snacks and tea and coffee from 8.45am in the Atrium.
This session will be taking place in the Simon Suite, which is located on the ground floor Harcourt Conference Centre.
Lunch will be in the Verney Suite (where we had dinner on the Wednesday night).
The Spa facilities at the hotel
The hotel has a pool, sauna, gym and lots of additional Leisure and Spa facilities.
We have 5 hotel rooms on provisional hold for the night of Tuesday 23rd June in case you want to make use of the Spa facilities. These rooms will be on hold until the 23rd May, so let Kelly know if want to book.
