Our goal for the day is to help you look at your firm strategically, seeing what it's good at and where it needs improvement. You will come away with actionable steps specific to your firm. You will also gain substantial value an insight from the fellow Accountants Growth Academy cohort firms.

What's on the agenda for the day?  We'll look at what your firm does well and where it faces difficulties. We'll evaluate your company's overall strategy and provide new and practical ideas to help you plan and carry out your strategies effectively while staying productive.
 
What's the outcome for you?  By the end of the day, you'll have a full picture of how your firm is doing, and you'll also have a clear plan with practical and actionable steps to build the firm you can truly be proud of.

Who is welcome to attend? We invite ambitious accountants, decision-makers within ambitious accountancy firms, as well as change-management teams in accounting firms, owners, and directors of forward-thinking accountancy firms.

Can I bring anyone else with me?  Yes you absolutely can - in fact we encourage it - 2, 3 or more people per firm is a great starting point.  Simply purchase the number of seats you need at the checkout.

How much is it? The cost is a flat £97 delegate rate of the venue (including food and refreshments throughout the day).
