Really well done again on your follow-through from the first session. Despite a short period in between sessions and being over the busy tax return season, you have all made progress which is great to see!

In our first session we reflected on what you’d implemented and also what you learned from that process.

We then updated your burning issues which I’ve added below – we may well come back to several of these points in due course!

We spent some time looking at the five levers of growth, and again you came up with some cracking ideas which we’ll revisit at future events.

To carry on the great work some of you have done on client selection, we spent time identifying what our ideal client looks like. This will inform what type of new client you on-board and how you on-board them. Again, potentially great subjects for a future session.

The final download below is to help you write “your story” – finding different language points to explain who you are, what you do and why you do what you do. While this is undoubtedly a challenging exercise, do give it a go and feel free to lean on me for help.
