I was privileged to be invited to QBConnect in San Jose last week to share a few insights about delivering greater value to clients by building stronger client relationships.

And building stronger relationships seems to be at the centre of Intuit’s approach to the accountancy profession too. Intuit brought together a bunch of people from the UK who are all invested in supporting accountants (see above - Will Farnell and Paul Shrimpling at the table on which Intuit was founded – hoping the magic will rub off!).

Here’s what my peers thought of their trip – all were put on the spot and in less than 120 seconds each share their views.
